That DOES look like lots of fun!! Don’t think I could do that on my BEST day though…*blushes*! Maybe in my very wildest dreams could I do so…but they’d have to be pretty wild…LOL!

Cool beans! I’ll be Fredi could do that without any problem. Do you think we could try similar, but simpler moves down the barn? Maybe with the use of a surcingle w/ a bar (like the kind used in the video and for theraputic riding programs) it might be possible. Well, at the very least it would be funny.

Doesn’t it look like fun? I wish I would have known about vaulting back in the day when I was a gymnast.

Hey Ann, I am sure Fredi could do that without a problem. We could get something to give it a try. I’m working on getting stronger, that would be a good goal to at least be able to do SOME of the moves right? Who says we have to be good at it, but at least we could TRY right? We just won’t have any energetic kids around to point and laugh lol.

At my barn, we do it just for fun. We start out having the horse stand still and we “vault” on with a mini-trampoline. We do it from both sides and from the back. We also jump onto one side and flip over to the back. I must mention though that we have some very tolerant horses…

Oh wow, that sounds like so much fun Jessica. Do you any kind of surcingle? I looked in to the equipment and it’s about $1000 to get started. I am sure I can find a mini trampoline somewhere…
