Support for Women Riders

I have been wanting to post this for a few years now, but I haven’t mustered up the courage.  I don’t know how many other women riders are like me, but I have to really “buckle down” when I ride.  I usually double my bras.  I wear one on the bottom, and then a sports bra on top.  I never want to have ANY “bounce” when I ride.   I despise any movement other than my pony tail.

Strap Perfect will give you support and hide your bra straps.  Lets face it, even the best bras stretch.  I almost never pay less than $45 for a bra, and they still stretch.  My favorite bra is the Victoria’s Secret Ipex Full Coverage Bra.  It gives me the support I need when riding.  I also wear a sports bra over that.  With that configuration I have no bounce.  Here’s my BIG confession, normally I’m a DD, but now that I am nursing, I’m a, dare I say it, I’m an F.  There I said it.   I am only telling my size so that you will understand that I am an authority on this subject!   I am sure there are other women riders out there who share my pain.

When I am riding, the last thing I want to have cluttering up my mind is not having enough support.  I am ordering strap perfect today.  While I was linking VS in this post, I also noticed the Ipex is on SALE.  So if you are considering a breast reduction, or you are tired of your back hurting, or you just want to have the best support possible when you are riding go get an ipex full coverage bra and if you really don’t want the twins to move get a strap perfect to go along with your new bra.
