I don’t know the context of this photo, but I really wasn’t aware that they made clothes for horses. I DO dress my dog. I really do, he has more outfits than some children, but I’ve never dressed the horses. OK, yes I have but I mostly just use accessories and it was for the kids. Yeah, that was why.
