Also it is kinda true i do heal faster then my mom
Today was my birthday and I got a card with a John Wayne quote…I thought you might enjoy. It said “Courage is being scared to death and saddling up anyway” “Happy Birthday…go boldly into your new year.” Of course it has a bronc rider on a horse that is almost vertical.
I am 69 and believe me, I surely agree! I have ridden and shown for over 30 years, mow I am retired and riding mules on the trail, and still took a spill last year! Now I write about my escapades. My first book, “The Horse That Wouldn’t Trot” should be out soon..in time for Christmas, for good winter reading!
I love all those sayings, especially the one by John Wayne. It is so very true.
