I have been wanting to post this for a few years now, but I haven’t mustered up the courage. I don’t know how many other women riders are like me, but I have to really “buckle down” when I ride. I usually double my bras. I wear one on the bottom, and then a sports bra on top. I never want to have ANY “bounce” when I ride. I despise any movement other than my pony tail.
